I look like a typewriter. 

I have a set of keys. 

I am called the keyboard. 

মই টাইপৰাইটাৰৰ দৰে দেখি। 

মোৰ ওচৰত চাবিৰ এটা ছেট আছে। 

মোক কীবোৰ্ড বুলি কোৱা হয়।  

I look like a TV, 

But I am not a TV. 

I am called the monitor. 

I have a screen. 

I show information on the screen. 

মই টিভিৰ দৰে দেখি, 

কিন্তু মই টিভি নহয়। 

মোক মনিটৰ বুলি কোৱা হয়। 

মোৰ এটা স্ক্ৰীণ আছে। 

মই স্ক্ৰীণত তথ্য প্ৰদৰ্শন কৰোঁ।  

I am the brain of the Computer. 

I control the computer. 

I am called the CPU. 

মই কম্পিউটাৰৰ মগজু। 

মই কম্পিউটাৰটো নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কৰোঁ। 

মোক চিপিইউ বুলি কোৱা হয়।  

I am small. 

I am always on the move. 

I search for things. 

I am called the mouse. 

মই সৰু। 

মই সদায় আগবাঢ়ি আছো। 

মই বস্তুবিলাক বিচাৰোঁ। 

মোক মাউচ বুলি কোৱা হয়।

      My grandfather’s name is Mohan Gohain. He is 5 feet and 7 inches tall. He has grey hair and wears glasses. He is seventy years old. He writes books and is learning to type his books on a computer.

মোৰ ককাদেউতাৰ নাম মোহন গোহাঁই। তেওঁ ৫ ফুট আৰু ৭ ইঞ্চি ওখ। তেওঁৰ চুলি পকা আৰু চশমা পিন্ধে। তেওঁৰ বয়স সত্তৰ বছৰ। তেওঁ কিতাপ লিখিছে আৰু কম্পিউটাৰত তেওঁৰ কিতাপ টাইপ কৰিবলৈ শিকি আছে। 

     My grandfather also loves to watch the T.V. His favorite programs are daily news on local channels. He also watches programs on animals, History, and Science. He has a radio too. He loves to listen to music on it. He is also a recipient of the Sahitya Surabhi Award.

মোৰ ককাদেউতাইও টি.ভি. চাবলৈ ভাল পায়। তেওঁৰ প্ৰিয় কাৰ্যসূচীবোৰ হৈছে স্থানীয় চেনেলবোৰত দৈনিক বাতৰি। তেওঁ জীৱ-জন্তু, ইতিহাস আৰু বিজ্ঞানৰ ওপৰত কাৰ্যসূচীও চায়। তেওঁৰ এটা ৰেডিঅ'ও আছে। তেওঁ ইয়াৰ ওপৰত সংগীত শুনিভাল পায়। তেওঁ সাহিত্য সুৰভি বঁটাও প্ৰাপ্তকৰ্তা।

v) What did the newsreader on the TV say ?

The newsreader says that Mr. M. Gohain wins the Sahitya Surabhi Award this year.

vi) Rewrite the breaking news in the space below.

vii) Are they happy ?

Yes, they are happy. 

viii) Why are they happy ? 

They are happy because Anjali's grandfather wins the Sahitya Surabhi Award.

Ans: Anjalee and her grandfather are watching television. They both are watching News on the T. V. In the news, the newsreader says that Mr. M. Gohain wins the Sahitya Surabhi Award this year. They are very happy after hearing the News because Anjalee's grandfather is the Recipient of the award.
